Property information

PICO APARTMENTS – ROMA 20 originate from the historic Hotel Centrale: from what were once hotel rooms, our four finely renovated apartments have been created. In homage to the property’s hospitality tradition, each apartment bears the original room number: 49, 50, 51, and 52. Located in the heart of Sanremo, just 30 meters from Via Matteotti (the main shopping street), 200 meters from the Ariston Theatre, 100 meters from the Casino, 100 meters from the beaches, 50 meters from the cycle path, and 150 meters from the nightlife area. Free Wi-Fi and coffee available. Each apartment features double-glazed windows, air conditioning, and heating. We also offer a special partnership with PICO DE GALLO for lunches (from June to September) and PICO CENTRALE for dinners.

Our APARTMENTS welcome you into an elegant historic building in the heart of Sanremo, just steps away from every attraction and convenience: Via Matteotti, the city’s pedestrian shopping promenade nestled between the Casino and the Ariston Theatre; the sea and beaches; the Port, with its charming cafés and ice cream parlors; the Cycle Path, created from the former railway line, offering bicycle rentals and a beautiful 30 km route between sea and hills; Piazza Bresca, lively at night with its vibrant nightlife; and La Pigna, Sanremo’s old town, an enchanting historic gem with courtyards, arches, fountains, and stairways. Via Roma and the surrounding streets offer paid street parking, while two covered parking facilities are located approximately 200 meters away.
