A stone's throw from Bolzano - Your dream retreat in the heart of South Tyrol. Pitla Cuna is the ideal place for those who love to travel in harmony with nature and discover authentic places. For those who like to enjoy peace in the midst of the green orchards of South Tyrol, without giving up the comfort of the city on the doorstep. Our corner of paradise is the perfect place for cycling or hiking in the Adige Valley, excursions to the mountains and nearby castles, to the lake or simply to relax by the pool. The cities of Bolzano and Merano, with their countless attractions, are both very close by (7 and 18 km) and are easily accessible by public transport, car and bike.
Terlano is situated in the sunny Etschtal valley at an altitude of 250 m above sea level and is geographically very central. The area around Terlan has a particularly favourably climate and is known for fruit growing and for its very good white wine. From here it is not far to Bolzano, Merano, Monzoccolo mountain and the warmest bathing lakes in South Tyrol. Holidays in Terlan can also be car-free. You can reach the towns by train and bus, swing up to the Tschögglberg with the cable car from Vilpian and reach idyllic wine villages, attractive excursion destinations as well as the Montiggler Lakes and Lake Kaltern on the Etsch Cycle Path.
