You can book in advance or at the facility your excursions on horseback, in a hot air balloon, or a vintage car, experience wonderful spa days in the nearby and well-equipped Terme di Rapolano, or play tennis, paddle and golf in the courtyards adjacent to the facility. We can provide shuttle service and guides for cultural and naturalistic excursions (also by E-Bike or Quad). You can even opt for a boat trip both on Lake Trasimeno and at sea, on the prestigious Argentario Coast, perhaps with wonderful scuba diving. both are no more than an hour's drive away. IMPORTANT INFO: The owner's family has private accommodation in the property; therefore, some areas are shared with the owners. By rental and stay of the entire property, we therefore mean exclusively the rental for stay "on an exclusive basis" of the bedrooms alone, and not of the Structure as a whole. Room cleaning during your stay can be requested every 3-7 days and will incur an additional price per room. The same cost per room is applied for final cleaning, to be paid upon departure for each room. Beach towels are a price each if requested on-site.
