Located just 98 feet from the entrance to Assisi's historic center, Hotel Porta Nuova is just 656 feet from the Basilica di Santa Chiara. This early 20th-century villa has been completely renovated. The villa offers air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. Each one has a private bathroom with a hairdryer and shower. Some rooms have beautiful views of the Umbrian valley, others overlook the courtyard. We remind you that if you are traveling with a pet, we invite you to contact the property in advance, as only certain types of rooms are available. Porta Nuova is a family-run property that provides excellent bus links into Assisi. San Rufino Cathedral is around 1312 feet away, while you can reach the Church of St. Francis of Assisi in 25 minutes on foot. You will find a panoramic lounge and terrace on the first floor. Outdoors there are plenty of benches and tables, and a chair swing. The continental breakfast is served buffet style and includes homemade cakes, cold cuts, croissants and lots more.
