L'appartamento è situato in una palazzina di inizi '900 circondata dal verde, ristrutturato conservando alcuni elementi originali come i pavimenti intarsiati, i soffitti arrotondati, le porte intagliate. L'arredamento è eclettico ed accogliente, la strada elegante e silenziosa, a due passi dal centro. Durante l'estate si può godere di un piccolo giardinetto privato dotato di gazebo e barbeque. Non si può fumare in camera, ma si può in soggiorno o sul balcone. Il bagno è condiviso, il soggiorno disponibile per la colazione, molto accurata. La biancheria da camera e da bagno sono nuove, i prodotti bagno di qualità. Fondamentalmente offro ai miei ospiti le stesse comodità di cui godo io.
Di origini marchigiane ma, un pò per lavoro, un pò per scelta ho vissuto in diverse città, ma anche in continenti diversi...Alla fine torno sempre a Bologna, città che amo, e ora che sono diventato più stazionario mi piace condividere il mio spazio con altri viaggiatori, sperando di contribuire a rendere piacevole e funzionale la vostra permanenza in città. Sempre disponibile per informazioni e consigli, inglese fluente, spagnolo zoppicante...Amo viaggiare, musica, cibo, il fitness, la movida, le buone letture. La mia casa è uno spazio sereno, dove vigono tranquillità e buona educazione. Ogni nazionalità e cultura sono benvenute!
La strada è una piccola oasi residenziale ma, svoltato l'angolo, si è nel pieno della vita cittadina. Le due principali traverse, Via A.Costa e Via Saffi, sono ricche di ristoranti, bar, osterie. A 100mt percorrendo via Saffi, si arriva a via S.Felice, con splendidi negozi di abbigliamento e ristoranti tipici. Poco distante via del Pratello è il cuore della giovane movida bolognese, con bar, caffè e osterie in sequenza. E' vicino anche il museo di arte moderna e comunque, essendo adiacente al centro storico, qualunque attrazione locale è raggiungibile a piedi. Lo Stadio e l'Ospedale Maggiore sono a meno di un km. in direzione opposta. La navetta per l'Aeroporto ferma in via Saffi e numerose linee portano in stazione, in 15' di autobus.
