Amazing lake front terrace with views of Lake Lugano and the mountains beyond. The apartment is located within a multi unit building that has a coffee bar and sushi restaurant that stay open until 23:00. This property offers a secure, private garage that is standard Italian size and is suitable for smaller to medium size vehicles.
The location is in the middle of town, on the main road adjacent to the lake, very close to the Swiss border, and surrounded by stores and restaurants within walking distance. The Ponte Tresa train station is just a short 5 minute walk across the border to get to Lugano easily. Every Saturday there is the popular local farmer’s market just 5 minutes away on foot. Situated just steps away is the lake, which offers many options for swimming, fishing, kayaking and other activities.
