The Igea Residence and the subsequent Dependance are a few steps from the sea, in the central area of ​​Rimini. Their location is ideal for those who want to relax and at the same time be in the center of Rimini's nightlife. The apartments are newly built and equipped with a free connection. The STUDIO APARTMENT and STANDARD APARTMENT types are located in the Dependance - an independent building located a few steps from the Igea Residence. There is no lift in the Dependance and the apartments are located on the ground and first floors. To reach them you will have to walk a maximum of 2 flights of stairs.
