Welcome to our Residence Playa in the heart of Italy! A stay at our apartment hotel will make you feel like living in a corner of paradise with a scenic view over the crystal clear waters of Abruzzo, Italy. The Residence Playa will meet all your needs, thanks to the various activities proposed to make you spend a pleasant summer holiday in Italy. Our apartments, with one, two or three rooms and a large balcony, are really comfortable and modern, equipped with everything you need: a holiday house in Abruzzo designed for those who want an independent vacation with no limitations or schedules but without renouncing the services of a large hotel.

Neighborhood info

Tortoreto: about 4 km of beach with fine golden sand. This beach was awarded the prestigious Blue Flag of Europe status several times. The greenness of seaside pine trees and palms withhold tracks for long walks and a bike path. Tortoreto Lido is all of this and more; one of the most beautiful and interesting resorts of the Abruzzo coast. The old town is situated in an evocative location; on a hill, just 2 km from the coast. This town is full of artistic treasures and scenic views; from the landscape of the hills to the nearest mountain. As occurs in many of the villages that characterize the Abruzzo region, during the summer season, the town is full of musical, dancing and sporting events. There are popular initiatives such as the Clams Fest and another with typical fish dishes. Furthermore, an antique market comes and settles in one of the central streets of the town once a week. The evenings are filled with music, entertainment and dancing in the chalets found on the beach.
