Property information
The structure is located in Rossano, just 200 m from the sea. Surrounded by greenery with parking space, independent garden or balcony. On request from the end of June to the end of August it offers a private beach for a fee, which has an agreement with the restaurant. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette with crockery and cookware, private bathroom, wi-fi internet and TV. Linen is not available or must be requested in advance for a fee.
Neighbourhood information
The neighborhood is very quiet, with other homes and an agricultural estate. A few kilometers away is the largest water park in southern Italy with which we have an agreement.
