Set in 15 hectares of private olive groves in rural Southern Tuscany, Residence Villa Preselle offers 8 self-catering apartments and one studio, with stunning views over the Tuscan hills. The property, dominated by a monumental eighteenth-century villa, includes a shared garden, shaded by Mediterranean pine trees. Every apartment has a private entrance, a patio or balcony, and features a rural Tuscan décor. Daily cleaning service is available on request at an extra-cost. Villa Preselle is a 30 minutes' drive from the Maremma beaches (Principina Mare with its long sandy beach and pine woods, or the small fishing village of Talamone with its rocky cliffs). Ancient hilltop towns (Pitigliano, Sovana, Montemerano) and Tuscany’s art cities (Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano and Florence) are all within easy reach.
