REAL ESTATE are pleased to propose, in Tavernola Bergamasca , the “Casa Coccinelle in residence with communal swimming pool”, this is a spacious two-room first floor apartment with spectacular lake view and terrace where you can have lunch or dinner with an enchanting view, reachable only by stairs. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen including appliances and dishwasher, sofa bed, table and chairs, complete double bedroom with closet, another balcony with mountain and lake view, bathroom with shower and toilet, WIFI included, washing machine and TV. Outdoor furniture and deck chairs provided. Bicycles provided free of charge. Uncovered parking space in the residence. Swimming pool usable only by guests and access is allowed with the requirement to wear a swimming cap. The area is for lovers of tranquility and relaxation. You can enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Iseo, only 2 km stores of first necessity, typical restaurants of Franciacorta, from the port of Tavernola Bergamasca you can take advantage of the Navigazione Lago d'Iseo service to spend a day on the ferry and visit the renowned Island “Monte Isola” .

The municipality of Tavernola Bergamasca overlooks Lake Iseo and, thanks to its thermoregulatory influence, enjoys a mild climate: cool in summer and temperate in winter. Facing Monte Isola, the Ceriola sanctuary and Monte Guglielmo can be seen. To the north, the lake becomes darker and narrower at the foot of Corno Trentapassi but does not hide the view of Lovere at its northern end. Towards the south the Corno di Predore is crossed by a tunnel connecting Tavernola to Predore. REACHABLE FROM THE A4 EXIT PALAZZOLO S/O AND FROM ORIO AIRPORT IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES BEACHES AND CYCLE PATH ABOUT 3 KM AWAY restaurants and bars 2 km away Ferry docking at the Tavernola lakeside.
