From your apartment you'll take the building lift/elevator and go to ground floor; You can put your skis on feet just outside the building door and ski along SKI SLOPE N. 16 (red category). After 650 meters ski slope n. 16 ends and you'll walk for just 60 or 70 meters FLAT to reach the Main Ski Lift Cervinia-Plan Maison. For intermediate skiers : Between December 01st and April 30th you can take a double-chair ski lift  just next to the building door (ski lift named CIELOALTO)  , you will ski along ski slope n. 21 (black category) for just 400-500 meters, you will KEEP THE RIGHT to take ski track n. 34 (red category) which brings you to the Main ski lift Cervinia-Plan Maison without walking even one step. Coming back home skis on feet: Before 15:30 (03:30pm) you've to move to Cime Bianche Laghi side catching Cime Bianche Laghi gondola (the same side of Plato Rosa and Goillet) or come back from Zermatt CH to Plato Rosa. You'll get down along slope n. 7.0 KEEPING ALWAYS THE LEFT you will ski along ski track n. 13 and you will reach our building Circus Cieloalto . HOW TO REACH THE CITY CENTRE : Building Circus is 1,2 km far from the city centre (Church square) along the main road Via Piolet, 700 meters along the ski slope n.16 that during Summer is a grassy path. It takes 15 minutes to reach by feet the city centre, 20-25 minutes to come back home (because coming back home is along an uphill road). If you want to reach the city centre by car (or BUS) it will take 3 minutes and you can park for free near the tunnel or in the free large golf/cross-skiing car parking .
