Residenza Emilia is a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment ideally located in the authentic neighborhood of Cannaregio, at 10 minutes walking distance from Rialto bridge and S.Marco square and minutes from the water transports stop Fondamente Nove. The flat is at the 2nd and last floor of a quite building with a nice view on S. Giovanni e Paolo Cathedral and the canal siding it. This is the ideal location to discover Venice island by walk!

Cannaregio is one of the 6 neighborhoods (Sestrieri) of Venice. Calle del Squero, were the flat is located, is the one were Gondolas (traditional Venice boats) were built in the past. Squero means the boutique where the artisans used to built Gondolas. This is what makes the place even more authentic. The boat transport stop Fondamente Nove is at 3 minutes walk from the flat. This grants rapid connection from/to the Airport (Alilaguna boats) and from/to car parks in Piazzale Roma and train station Santa Lucia and to the other main islands such as Murano and Burano. Al the rest is reachable by foot!
