My name is Federico, our adventure begins in 2004 with the setting up of our first holiday home; Restart Accommodations offers now several self-catering apartments, each ideally located at the heart of Rome. I was born and still live in the district of Celio where my now 91 year old grandfather was a local grocer. Along with my wife Ambra and my three children Valerio, Emma and Sveva. We also have 3 pet dogs named Nuvola, Zorro and Viola, who have been with our family for years now. In early 2003, I thought about sharing to the people what Rome and this neighborhood has to offer, that's when I decided to get into home rentals. In addition, I’ve also put up a luggage deposit place for the convenience of my guests and tourists alike in the neighborhood. I have a team who helps me with my home rentals. Wesley, Emerson and Simona who helps me respond with all the inquiries. Our front liners are Joey, Eric, Giulia, Dalila, Natalia and Elvira who makes sure that the apartment is in pristine condition for our guest. Along with me in the back office is Sylvia, Simona, Marco and Alessandro where all the paper works are being done. I'm really proud to say that we are not just a team or a family.. but an Empire.

Experience Rome like never before. This newly renovated studio loft is sitting just 100M from the Colosseo, in one of the oldest streets in Rome called Labicana. The neighborhood is packed with local restaurants and bars alike. Not to mention that Carrefour supermarket and a bus stop going to city center is just accross the street. To top things off, you're in the heart of Ancient Rome. The Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, and Arch of Constantine are all within a 5-minute walk. So are the exquisite basilicas of San Clemente, with its underground excavations; Santi Quattro Coronati, with the most beautiful cloister in Rome, opened by a nun upon your ringing the bell; Santo Stefano Rotondo, one of Rome's four round churches; and Santa Maria in Domnica, with the charming ancient sculptured boat right in front. All of these monuments mean fascinating walks, adjacent to some of Rome's most beautiful green spaces, like the Colle Oppio, just across the street, boasting a historic little outdoor coffee kiosk.

There is a farmer's market, cafes, Pharmacy, and a metro line all within walking distance which has made our guests stay comfortable and accessible. Approximately 150m walk from Colosseum (Metro B station), Palatine Hill and Roman Forum.The area is fully packed with bars and restaurants where tourists go for and locals alike. There is an open market that sells freshly harvested fruits and vegetables and a small truck which sells fish and meat. A supermarket is located just outside the apartment building, open from 8:00 am to 22:00. Another supermarket is located 100m from the apartment at Via dei Santi Quattro, and it's open 24/7 Local authentic restaurants Like Trattoria Luzzi, Naumacchia, Divino Ostilia and Volare just to name a few are all a minute walk from the flat. The neighborhood even has bank, an ATM, and a postal office just located at the street Via San Giovanni in Laterano Our luggage place / office is located 50M from the apartment.
