Romantic 95 sqm flat on two floors (NO lift), with two bedrooms which can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located in the centre (Restricted Traffic Area) in the heart of the historic centre of Urbino. The accommodation enjoys an enviable location, in an area provided with all essential services: bars, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets. A few steps from the Albornoz Fortress and the Oratorio di San Giovanni Battista. On the ground floor of the accommodation we find: - KITCHEN with fridge with freezer, oven, gas hob, toaster, electric kettle, moka, table with chairs, - LIVING ROOM with two sofas, flat screen TV, fireplace (NOT usable); - BATHROOM with: WC, bidet, shower, washbasin, washing machine (NOT usable); Stairs lead to the upper floor, where we find: - DOUBLE ROOM with: double bed, desk with chair, wardrobe; - DOUBLE ROOM with: two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Also not to be missed is a visit to the gardens of Piazzale Roma, where you can admire an evocative panorama and the bronze statue dedicated to Raphael, and the artist's birthplace, now home to the Raphael Museum and Academy.
