1) ❗️The apartment has an ELEVATOR, but you'll have to climb a few steps to access it and then into the apartment. 2) ❗️The toilet area is small. ⛔️🏠 BEFORE ENTERING THE HOUSE: 1)🕓 You must indicate your arrival time at least one day in advance to arrange a specific time to collect the keys starting at 4:00 PM. 2) You must show ID card or Passport for each traveler. 3) The tourist tax is NOT included in the price and is paid upon check-out based on the actual number of nights you will be staying.
Its proximity to the Railway Station, and bus stations makes it ideal for arrivals and departures and for discovering hidden corners of the city and its beautiful sea. Very close from a green and well-equipped park, it is located in a quiet and prestigious area with Art Nouveau buildings, where writer James Joyce lived for years. The historic center, pharmacy, supermarkets, and restaurants are all nearby. 👜🚲A convenient LUGGAGE STORAGE/BICYCLE STORAGE is located 50 meters from the apartment (on Viale Miramare and inside the Railway Station). 🚗🅿️PARKING: Via Giovanni Boccaccio 5 is a one-way street where free parking is available, as are the small streets adjacent to it (Via V. Monti / G. Leopardi / A. Somma). The apartment is very close to a MUNICIPAL PARKING called SABA-Silo ( with tiket). It is covered and under video surveillance, open 24 hours a day, and is located at Piazza della Libertà 9. 2,000 euros per hour. Daily rate is approximately 13.00 euros. Weekly rate is approximately 90.00 euros. You can purchase tickets online for discounts.
