It's a beautiful house to enjoy the sea at its highest. The house has been recently refurbished and widened. Now you will enjoy a superb view of the sea and coastline from the patio and verandas while having lunch or enjoying the sun. You have also a great outside shower with hot water and two parking spots. Both the inside and outside areas have been widened and improved. Now you also have a stone made barbecue in the garden with a service area next to it. You can please yourself by the amazing seascape while eating or resting from the patio. The nearby beaches are postcard like and the sea bottoms are breathtaking. The house is furnished to serve the owner and is rented only occasionally . It's located inside a residence with all services included a small harbour and a diving center, of course bars restaurants and markets plus other shops are at your disposal. There is also a sporting center uphill, which means versatility but in a very quiet and relaxing contest
I love nature, and the place satisfies my needs completely.
