Here, you'll have everything at your fingertips: there's a private and secure parking garage right below the building, and a pedestrian street with restaurants and shops at the back. Stevenin House is a modern and technologically advanced building, adjacent to the important historical center of the city of Aosta, a perfect place to experience the history and beauty of this unique city. Our vacation home is brand new, fully furnished, and equipped with all the comforts: courtesy sets for beds and bathrooms, towels, a kitchen with a coffee machine, and a crib available upon request. Additionally, the new city bike path starts right in the historic center, perfect for exploring Aosta by bike.

We present to you our houses in the heart of Aosta's historic center. Here, everything is within reach: the pedestrian area is on the parallel street to the house, thus shielding it from noise and allowing easy access to the city's Roman monuments, restaurants, and shopping streets.
