Completely renovated apartment with, kitchenette complete with all accessories, with microwave and coffee machine, 1 bedroom with wardrobe and mirror, living room with sofa bed, bathroom with floor-level shower, balcony with sea view with sofas, table and chairs, private / numbered car park with automatic gate, lift service directly connected to the beach. Double air conditioning / heating, 2 flat screen TVs including 1 (Smart TV with free Netflix access), Free Wi-Fi, fire extinguisher and 1st aid box .
The T-Village502 is suitable for spending your holidays in a quiet and relaxing place, avoiding any form of stress related to car parking or to reach the beach. The bathing establishment can be accessed directly with a private lift or through a staircase, once on the beach you can choose between the Private Beach Area T-Village (Paid) or the adjacent free beach or many other beaches on the Anzio coast. From the balcony you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets over the sea. A few steps away you can visit the Tor Caldara nature reserve for free and within a maximum radius of 1.5 km you can find: Supermarket, Bar, Pub, Restaurant / Pizzeria, Pharmacy and much more ..
