New villa completed in November 2016, completely new furniture, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and spacious living room with kitchen, garden and porch, large outdoor parking (and possibility of having the box). The room N° 1 is 15 square meters, has a double bed and a bunk bed, and the attached bathroom. The spacious bedroom N°2 is 23 square meters, has a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons and has a bathroom on the ground floor. All doors are equipped with unique key, so it is also ideal for two families who want to rent a house together to save money, while maintaining a certain level of privacy. Floor heating for maximum comfort.
Quiet area, the road is little frequented by cars (since that leads to a forest) and the speed limit is 30 km/h. A few meters away is the Valtellina Rail, ideal for walks and bike rides on the banks of the Adda, nearby you can go horse riding or quad biking, rafting, skiing, etc.
