Terrazza 81 is a newly built apartment in the heart of Monte Argentario, at the entrance to the town of Porto Santo Stefano. Quiet and peaceful area in the upper part of the town. It is an air-conditioned two-room apartment furnished with custom-made furniture, where we have tried to provide all the comforts for a holiday that makes the difference. It can comfortably accommodate four people as the living room with a sliding door becomes a double bedroom with all its privacy. The strong point of the house is a livable terrace of about 10 mq overlooking the town and where you will enjoy wonderful sunsets during your dinners. It also has a large double bedroom with a small terrace, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a kitchenette with dishwasher. Included in the apartment, located on the first floor, a covered parking space and a lift.

A visit to the Duna Feniglia Nature Reserve (10 minutes from Porto Santo Stefano) is the ideal break from the usual bathing day. A nice walk or bike ride surrounded by greenery. You will have 6 kilometers of dirt road in the shade of the pine forest. In the village there is the possibility to rent bicycles.
