Living room and kitchen The bright two-room apartment opens onto a large living room furnished in modern style with some vintage touches, such as the wooden table and the chest of drawers on the left wall. Wood is the common thread throughout the apartment thanks to the parquet floors. The sofa bed is located in front of the TV cabinet, while behind it there is the dining table, with six seats, in front of a large window. Near the dining table there is the open kitchen equipped with all major appliances. The air conditioning splits are two, one for each room of the apartment, to guarantee an ideal temperature. Bedrooms and bathrooms The bedroom, also very bright, is furnished with double bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps, wardrobe with three doors and chest of drawers, placed under an elegant octagonal mirror with golden frame, and enriched by a comfortable extendable armchair in petroleum green velvet. The bathroom is located inside the room, separated by an anteroom in which there is a washing machine; in the bathroom, which plays on the soft tones of gray, there are all the toilets and a spacious shower. Self check-in is provided for this apartment. Thanks to the electronic lock and accesses that we will send you before your arrival, you will be able to enter independently from 3:00 pm on the day of check-in. You will only need your smartphone with your active Internet connection. If you wish to be greeted in person instead, please let us know at the time of booking. This service has an additional charge and is available from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Self check-out is by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Rome, halfway between the Pantheon and the Colosseum, a step from the unique Tiber Island: the only urban island of the Tiber River. In the Forma Urbis Severiana, a plan of Rome engraved on a marble slab from 203 AD, it is reported with the definition of "inter duos pontes": it is in fact connected to the two banks of the Tiber by Ponte Cestio, which leads to the Trastevere district, and by Ponte Fabricio, leading to the Jewish Ghetto. The area is full of bars and restaurants where you can taste, among others, typical dishes of the Roman tradition.
