The apartment is part of Downtown srl, a Real Estate company founded and managed by me: Lea Ginevra Ricci. My company is LGBT friendly and open to all culture and religions. I began the job with my private apartment here on Airbnb on 2010, while I was doing something else on my life. I discovered to love this job and I founded Downtown srl, with base in Rome. Times are now really changed in the market. Actually there is a huge offer of thousands of place of any sort of kind: not professional managed (but nether familiarly), with no authorization, out of control, tax free (for the hosts but not for you). I am are really glad to offer something different by the main part of competitors: safe legally licensed places, but still distinguished by an own personality, like my 1st place was, due to my personal love for Interior design and art. Imperial Panorama Penthouse is at top floor of the church of "Chiesa Valdese", in Via IV Novembre. The apartment is 260 smq, with a triple living, a spacious kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room has a great view: "Altare della Patria" or a full view of Rome,from Gianicolo to Pincio to Sant Peter Chapel. The apartment strengths are surely the view, the spaces and the together amazing location, just at the corner with Fori Imperiali.
