Central apartment (Cod. CITRA 010046-LT-0127) equipped with: kitchen complete with microwave oven, gas stove, extractor, washing machine, fridge, independent heating, air conditioning. A bedroom with queen size double bed, kitchen / living room with sofa bed for three, usable as a single or double bed on request. Bathroom equipped with a beautiful large shower with crystal glass, toilet, bidet and sink with drawers, hairdryer, soap, towels. The elegance of an old building in the historic center meets the modernity of a bright environment equipped with the best comforts. The kitchen is divided from the living room by a wooden peninsula table, complete with bar stools, to make pleasant your meals. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven and all the crockery, for adults and children. The warm feeling of wooden parquet welcomes you in the master bedroom, embellished with mirrors and windows. The bathroom combines the antique elegance of the cross vaults, the modern finishes of the bathroom fixtures and the comfort of the radiator heater - bathrobes.
Daytime availability from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., at other times by prior arrangement. Check-in time is between 3:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. , and check-out time is before 10:00 A.M. . Guests must present a valid identity document (including any minors) upon arrival. You can access the apartment after the reorganization on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM. This is to ensure accommodation ordered to each guest and to allow the outgoing guest to check-out by 10:00 am. However, I can offer support service for luggage for the time necessary to reorganize those who need it, in case of early check-in to agree.
In the historic center, 1 minute walk from the seafront and 3 minutes from the train and bus station, stands the Ligurian style building: the ancient slate staircase leads you to the third floor; from the apartment you can see the sky and the bell tower of the cathedral. Ideal for couples or families who love the tranquility of a stay in the center with access to all the necessary services without having to use the car. If you prefer to use the car, the parking areas are within 5 minutes from the house. Admire the ancient vaults: you can experience your stay in a typical Ligurian house. Via Mazzini is the main shopping street and the seafront is a minute's walk away: the typical restaurants are just a few meters from the house. The apartment is a 3-minute walk from Rapallo FS train station, the central bus station and just a few steps from the Rapallo seafront. During the summer there is a bus shuttle service that connects Rapallo to Genoa International Airport.
