We offer you our house by the sea: large and welcoming semi-detached villa with garden, solar shower, patio with large umbrella and outdoor dining area, full kitchen with induction hob, washing machine, microwave and large fridge freezer, corridor, two bathrooms. Fully furnished double bedroom with 120cm folding cot, twin bedroom with wardrobe (1 single bed and 1 loft bed), fully furnished living room with double French sofa bed and 40 "LED TV, furnished veranda, gate with courtyard on the coast road. In the center, bright and breezy , with double entrance from the Matteotti promenade - Via Lecce (sea view) and from Via Omero, with comfortable garden and convenient private parking. Hot and cold air conditioning in bedrooms and living room.
We will be happy to host you in our house by the sea, a large villa recently renovated and furnished, in a central position (sea view) and convenient for walking to all the main attractions of Torre dell'Orso. Large garden with free private parking and many amenities (large umbrella with outdoor dining area, solar hot shower in the garden; kitchen complete with induction hob, ventilated oven, microwave oven and fridge freezer; 40 "LED TV, wifi7, etc.). On request we can provide the linen rental service (set of sheets and towels) and final cleaning. Hot and cold air conditioning in bedrooms and living room.
200 mt. from the beach of Torre dell'Orso, from the famous Dentoni pastry-ice cream parlor and its amphitheater, from the central Piazza Salvo D'Acquisto with its illuminated fountains. Waterfront front, a few steps from the Tower and the main commercial activities (SoulFood, La Casaccia, Fish Market, Mc'Ntoni, etc.).
