The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Outside, the villa arises in all its splendour: a large and perfectly maintained garden hosts a beautiful swimming pool, a relaxation area with various seats and a large gazebo with a dining table.
