It is only through our reliable cooperation that several thousand landlords trust us, for whom we realise bookings every day. +++ After booking, you will receive the booking confirmation from us on behalf of the landlord with all details of the booking, the property description and the payment information. +++ After receiving your down payment (25%) and the final payment (approx. 4-6 weeks before the start of the rental), we will send you the rental voucher with all the information for check-in. +++ In the event that a booking needs to be cancelled, please cancel via the customer page of Booking. Payable on the spot: final cleaning 50 EUR per object per stay. bed linen to bring along. hand towels to bring along. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: air conditioning 30 EUR per object per week. Wireless Internet access 20 EUR per package per stay. Late arrival after 21 pm 50 EUR per object per stay (02.05.26-12.09.26). Pets: allowed, EUR 60.00/pet per stay.
