The area offers FREE PARKING and has a STRATEGIC LOCATION: a 15 minutes walk from the "Villa Costanza" and "Resistenza" TRAMWAY stops that quickly connect to the center of FLORENCE, it is 7 km from Florence Airport and close to the main highways connecting Pisa, Lucca and Siena.
Attico Giglio, renovated in 2024, offers a large PRIVATE TERRACE where you can enjoy a pleasant view of Florence’s hills and relax outdoors. The apartment, equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, is located on the sixth floor with an elevator and features rooms with direct access to the terrace:
• The OPEN SPACE with a spacious living room and kitchen. The LIVING ROOM is furnished with an extendable king-size sofa, Smart TV, and a dining table. The KITCHEN includes a modern peninsula and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, kettle, tea selection, and a coffee machine with pods.
• Two BEDROOMS, one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with a French bed, both furnished with sheets and double pillows.
• The BATHROOM with a shower and bidet includes all essentials such as towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and a hairdryer. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron.
You can conveniently access the apartment with SELF CHECK-IN, and the code will be sent close to your arrival.
A valid ID for all guests will be required in the days prior to your arrival for identification, in compliance with current laws.
