Property information

Villa Assunta is a holiday house located very close to Gran Sasso mountain. The distance to the Adriatic Sea is approximately 25 km and airport 15 km. The house offers every kind of comfort: six private apartments with its own bathroom (available also one for disabled pleople) and own kitchen. Relaxing and chilling area internal and external with large garden and swimming pool. The villa is totally renovated, every apartment has its own balcony with a wonderful view of the mountain. Surrounded by olives trees and vineyards you will be living a full green eco-friendly experience with solar panels providing 100% electricity and thermodynamic plant for water heating. We respect the environment!
