Nestled in the stunning mountain landscape of Le Marche hinterland, Villa Colombaia is a stone villa located in Acqualagna, approximately 400 meters above sea level. This country house embodies the authentic charm of rural living and offers a relaxing atmosphere — perfect for a simple holiday surrounded by nature and villages rich in art and history. The villa is surrounded by a large garden and offers plenty of outdoor spaces equipped with tables and chairs for al fresco dining, a ping-pong table, table football, and a life-size chessboard for outdoor fun. Guests can also enjoy a barbecue area and a wood oven — ideal for baking homemade pizza and bread. The true highlight of the property is the panoramic swimming pool, perfect for cooling off while enjoying spectacular views of Le Marche countryside. The villa is ideal for two families, who can rent the entire property as a single villa while still maintaining their own privacy, as it is divided into two completely independent units. The main apartment includes a kitchen with fireplace, a spacious living room (with the possibility of adding an extra bed), a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The second apartment, smaller in size, consists of a living room with a sofa bed (2 sleeps), kitchen, storage room, a bedroom with double bed and French bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
