Villa Del Faro in an exclusive position, with sea view and swimming pool.
This villa is ideal for those who wish to spend their holiday in one of the most exclusive areas of Sardinia, but at the same time do not want to give up relaxation, unspoiled nature and privacy.
The villa is finely furnished and consists of 5 bedrooms, including 3 doubles 1 double room, with two beds, and a single room, service.
In total we have 5 bathrooms, 1 laundry room with washing machine, 1 kitchen with dishwasher, a large living room with sofa and satellite TV and a furnished covered veranda.
The house is also equipped with a home automation electrical system.
The external part is completed by a large swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and outdoor furniture, to make the most of the fantastic sunny days of Sardinia.
A large garden surrounds the property, there is also an automatic gate and a basement garage.
