Before starting the Villa del Sole experience, Claudio and Serena used to run a family restaurant in the center of Siena. Helping people to enjoy the beauty and of our city has always been our passion so we give our maximum in our job. The Villa has been renewed with love and care in every detail and we hope all our guests can feel this.

Villa del Sole Siena is a newly renovated Boutique hotel in the heart of Siena. We are less than 5 minutes walking from Piazza del Campo and Cathedral. The position is our strength and what enriches the Villa is the TERRACE. It offers a breath-taking view of Siena and the Val d'Orcia. The Standard Rooms have small windows and a big bright skylight. Our Superior rooms and the Junior Suite offer a wonderful view of the oldest part of the city, Terzo di Città. The Junior Suite with View has a 180° panoramic view over the city and the gardens around us. In each of our rooms you will find a personalised canvas done from or friend, the painter Rita Petti. Rita, who also performed the Drapellone of the Palio on July 2nd 2005, chosed the theme of Horses in Mythology as the fil rouge of her work. Each painting tells a story. We invite you to discover them!

Villa del Sole is located in the historical city center, 2 minutes walk from the famous Piazza del Campo. From the Villa you can enjoy the view of the Torre del Mangia and the Duomo. It's possible to reach easily on foot the Basilica di Santa Maria dei Servi, the Sant'Agostino church and Piazza del Mercato, the old market square where every third Sunday of the month is helded the antiques market. To conclude, just below our terrace, you can find the garden Orto dei Pecci, a reconstruction of a medieval “orto”: a piece of countyside in the middle of the old town.
