Located in the typical Tuscan countryside, it is only 1.5 km from the historic center of Sansepolcro. Villa Gaia is surrounded by two large gardens where you can relax with your family, a farm with courtyard animals, cultivated fields and offers: free parking spaces, a wood-burning oven and tables with chairs outside where you can eat. The structure is accessed with an independent entrance on the ground floor. The spacious home features a living room with fireplace, flat-screen TV, sofa and fine wood table, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms both equipped with a study corner, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and bidet. You will be immersed in an atmosphere typical of the world of truffles, as our family is made up of professional truffle hunters for 3 generations!

Historic center of Sansepolcro reachable in 2 minutes by car or 20 on foot. It is located near a water park equipped with slides, an Olympic-sized swimming pool with diving boards and padel courts. Anghiari, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy, is only 9 km away, the closest airports are Perugia (68km) and Florence (126 km).
