Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. Check out will normally be by 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 15 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium-sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

House distributed on two floors with large terrace with splendid views of the city and the sea located on the first hill of Sestri Levante, 10 minutes walk from the beaches of Riva Trigoso and 3.5 km from the historic center of Sestri. Ideal place for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio, for trekking and to visit the surroundings such as Santa Margherita and Portofino, Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Sestri is also 45 km from Genoa. Passing from the beautiful and spacious terrace, with views of the city and the sea, outdoor table and sofas, you have access to the first floor of the house which opens onto a large living area divided into a living area with a double sofa bed and smart-TV and kitchen with dining table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to store, prepare and eat meals during your stay. Here you will find a second access to the terrace. Also on the first floor there is the first bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms, both complete with bathroom fixtures and shower. In one of the two there is also a washing machine that can be used during your stay in the house. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find the other two bedrooms: one with two single beds (which can become a double bed by joining them) and one with an additional double bed and an enchanting view of the sea. The surface of the house is very large, as is that of the terrace which reaches 120 SQUARE METERS. There is a FREE WI-FI connection service. The house does not have private parking but you will find a free public one in the immediate vicinity. There is air conditioning ONLY in the bedrooms. For the winter months there are radiators with independent heating. For rubbish there are bins along the street near the car park. Pets are allowed with a supplement.

The house is located on the first hill of Sestri Levante, a place of relaxation and tranquility in which to spend your holidays. The raised position offers a spectacular view of the sea, of all of Riva Trigoso and of the nature that surrounds it. The center of Sestri is about 3 km away, while Riva is about 1.5 km away. In both cases, in a few minutes by car you will have access to all services: shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The closest beach is Riva Trigoso, a 5-minute drive away. It can also be reached on foot using a staircase that you will find near the house and which leads directly to the center of the hamlet. If you love trekking, this area is part of the dense network of paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty: from here you can take the famous Punta Manara route, which connects San Bartolomeo and Riva Trigoso to Sestri Levante, passing precisely through Punta Manara, the highest point from which on one side you can admire Sestri Levante and the gulf up to the promontory of Portofino and on the other Riva Trigoso with its Punta Baffe and Punta Mesco in the distance, and then begin to descend to the picturesque beach of the Baia del Silenzio in the historic center of Sestri. It is one of the simplest but also the most evocative treks in all of Eastern Liguria, feasible even for families with children and allows you to get to Sestri in about two hours of walking. With short journeys by car or train you can reach and visit the other famous towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Lands: in fact, from the Riva Trigoso station, which is 1.5 km from the house, you can get to Monterosso al Mare in 35 minutes by train. Furthermore, Sestri is about 50 km from Genoa.
