Property information

Villa Lucia is on two floors and can accommodate up to 14 people. This brick villa has spacious and bright rooms with tiled floors and ceilings with wooden beams. The villa is located in a panoramic and private position, surrounded by a large garden and the Marche countryside. Outside there is a large porch, a gazebo and a convenient parking for 3-4 cars. The rectangular shaped pool is located in a sunny and panoramic position on the front of the villa. It is surrounded by a paved sidewalk. The solarium area extends itself on the flooring and on the lawn. The pool has a Jacuzzi area/children mini pool and is provided with a solar-heated shower. Next to the pool there is a gazebo that shades a large dining table with chairs and a barbecue for cooking. Each room of the villa is equipped with air conditioning, the windows have insect screens and the walls have been carefully insulated, to allow you to have maximum comfort inside.

Villa Lucia is a beautiful and recently renovated country house located a few kilometers from Mondavio and Urbino, in the northern part of the Marche region. The property extends along the slope of a hill, surrounded by fields and olive groves, with a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Lucia is a perfect farmhouse for lovers of relaxation, enjoying a fabulous swimming pool and a quiet and reserved location, but also satisfies the sea lovers, who in just 20 minutes by car can reach the Adriatic coast beaches, long well 180 km, from Gabicce to the mouth of the river Tronto, alternating pebble beaches, rocky or fine sand.
