Villa Magnolia is an elegant villa with a garden just 300 meters from Piazza dei Miracoli where the famous Tower of Pisa is located The Villa was built together with the definitive version of the small station of Pisa San Rossore which was used by the royal family This small station, still functioning for local traffic, can easily be used as starting point forr excursions to Luca, Viareggio and Florence, or to reach, in less than ten minutes, the central station of Pisa, where pass long-distance trains and airport shuttles The first floor of the villa consists of four rooms with period furniture. Each room has an elegant exclusive bathroom inside A large modern kitchen ,complete with all appliances, is available to guests Inside the rooms you will find coffee machines and biscuits for breakfast and in the kitchen you can also find the kettle, tea and jams To complete the breakfast we have an agreement with an excellent bar that overlooks the door of Piazza dei Miracoli and will meet every your request with a considerable discount --

Villa Magnolia is rich in architectural elements of the early twentieth century, a period in which it was built together with the final version of the small station of Pisa San Rossore which was used by the royal family to go to the hunting estate of San Rossore, which is a couple of kilometers far from Villa and which is now a large nature reserve that can be visited by bike or on horseback In December 1998, during the works for the construction of a building below the station, traces of a Roman port began to emerge from the excavations. This discovery, of exceptional archaeological importance due to the incredible state of conservation, gave birth to the Museum of Ancient Ships of Pisa which can be visited near the Villa (https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stazione_di_Pisa_San_Rossore) In the immediate vicinity are also the ancient hospital of Santa Chiara, still home to the Faculty of MEDICINE and the Faculty of ENGINEERING
