Villa Margot is a stunning holiday home nestled in lush greenery, just a stone’s throw from Acqualagna, the renowned home of prized truffles and authentic culinary flavors of Le Marche region. Here, every space tells a story of balance between nature, design and hospitality. The contemporary and sophisticated style of the furnishings blends harmoniously with the peaceful surrounding landscape. Large windows flood the interiors with beautiful natural light, highlighting the fine materials and finishes that bring warmth and personality to the property. The private pool with Roman stair entrance is framed by a well-maintained garden, equipped with sun loungers and parasols—perfect for moments of pure relaxation under the sun. The outdoor porch is ideal at any time of day, ready to host everything from peaceful morning breakfasts to dinners under a golden sunset. The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor, there’s a bright living area next to a modern kitchen with direct access to the porch. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a three-quarter bed and a second bathroom with whirlpool tub. A spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine floor with two single beds overlooking the living room—perfect for children or teenagers. The basement, also accessible via a spiral staircase, features a tavern-style lounge with TV area and table football, ideal for fun and relaxing moments. This level also includes a third double bedroom, with the possibility of adding a single armchair bed, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area. Air conditioning is available in the living area and in the two double bedrooms on the ground floor. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance. The villa can guest up to 7 adults max. In autumn, during the weekends of November, Acqualagna transforms into the stage for the renowned International White Truffle Fair. This festival is a feast for the senses, offering fresh truffle markets, star chef cooking shows, tastings, workshops, competitions, and food and wine encounters. The heart of the event lies in Piazza Enrico Mattei, where the vibrant Taste Market unfolds, hosting local specialties and international stalls. Don’t miss the “Salotto da Gustare” the celebrity cooking showdowns, the prestigious Tartufo Award, tasting masterclasses, and the celebrated “Ruscella d’Oro” award honoring individuals who have promoted the region. The village shines in other seasons, too: in February, the Regional Fair of the Precious Black Truffle delights lovers of bold and intense flavors; and in August, the Summer Black Truffle Fair returns with markets, shows, and family entertainment. Acqualagna also serves as an ideal base for nature lovers: the Furlo Gorge State Nature Reserve offers scenic trails for walking or cycling, with postcard-worthy views immersed in verdant beauty.
