Amazing apartment 50 meters from the sea with an 800sqm garden and direct access to the beach. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchenette and equipped external veranda. Parking space included. A few minutes walk from the center of Porto Rotondo surrounded by greenery. Private beach with exclusive access by residents only. Rent boat and sea sport activity located in front of the property.
