Villa Patty is a detached vacation rental property located in Assisi, Umbria. Villa Patty can sleep up to 11 people (10 adults and 1 child) with 4 bedrooms (additional 1 single sofa bed) and 2 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool with barbecue. The house heating is 25 Euros per day, payable directly to the owner. Tourist Tax: 3 Euros per day for the first 3 nights (excludes children under 3 years old). This is paid upon arrival in the local agent. Pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee of 50 Euros per pet. This is paid upon arrival in the local agent. Sauna, a fee of 5 Euros applies per use, payable in cash to the local agent upon arrival. The property features a heated Jacuzzi. Cot and Highchair : There is an extra fee of 3 Euros a day for each piece to be paid cash on the spot to the owner. Yoga, Pilates classes, and Massage therapy are available upon reservation by contacting the owner, with prices ranging from 15eur to 100eur depending on the type of session (individual, couple, or group). As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
