DESCRIPTION Newly built structure located in Porto Cesareo in via Fogazzaro, consisting of independent apartments (two-room and three-room apartments) just 100 meters from the sea. POSITION The Residence has a privileged and ideal position to walk between the nightlife and the splendid beaches. The apartments are located in a closed and reserved street: - 100 meters from the sea (in front of Isola dei Conigli), from the embarkations for sea trips and from the shuttle stop to the beaches - 200 meters from all commercial establishments (hypermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, banks) - 500 meters, 5 minutes walking, to the town center - 600 meters, 6 minutes walking, to the free beach of Porto Cesareo as well as from the first of a series of bathing establishments COMFORT All apartments are independent, soundproofed, finely furnished and equipped with every comfort: - equipped kitchen (with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, no frost combo refrigerator) - independent air conditioning and HD TV in all rooms - free wi-fi, safe, mosquito nets, washing machine, furnished outdoor areas - Dorelan mattresses, Jacuzzi taps
