La villetta dispone di una comoda veranda con vista sul mare, che dista veramente pochi metri dal mare, da una pineta e da un enorme prato dove potersi godere l'aria aperta.
Internamente è suddivisa su due piani, il primo è composto da uno spaziosissimo salone, cucinino separato, bagno e camera da letto.
Il secondo piano presenta due ampie camere da letto con una bellissima vista mare e un ottimo bagno.
