Parking within the property. Interior The villa (520 sq mt), restored maintaining a rustic Tuscan touch, is on 2 floors. The main entrance on the gr. floor leads to a living room on the right with TV and outdoor access, and a large dining area to the left with 2 sofas, TV and outdoor access, a large, equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower (one with outdoor access). There is a 2nd kitchen on the gr. floor, as well as a windowed veranda/dining room with outdoor access. 2 staircases lead to the 1st floor, 1 leading to 3 double bedrooms each with private shower bathroom, the other to 3 other double bedrooms, each with private shower bathroom. Location Just 8 km from Monte San Savino, on a hill with panoramic view, in total privacy. Facilities It features heating, AC in the entire house, wifi, complimentary toiletries and hairdryer in the bathrooms, TV, safe and small fridge in the bedrooms, mosquito nets in all windows, 5 baby beds, 5 high chairs, ping-pong table and parking within the property. Services The price includes supply of bathroom, bedroom, kitchen linen and pool towels (changed weekly), water, electricity, AC, gas, heating, internet connection, high chair and baby bed. Access to the property via 1.5 km of gravel road, not suitable for sports cars.
