This solution represents the perfect and stress-free holiday for you and your friends. Villa Stellina consists of three double bedrooms, all equipped with smart TV and air conditioning, two bathrooms, a living room with kitchenette, and a relaxation area with TV. It can accommodate up to eight people, including children. The common areas include a terrace/solarium and a garden where you can enjoy outdoor dining. The entire property offers shared spaces such as a barbecue area and a solarium equipped with deck chairs and sunbeds. Wi-Fi is available. The terrace and green areas are furnished with sofas and armchairs. Two parking spaces are available in a private and fenced parking lot. The property uses water from rainwater collection tanks, recommended only for sanitary purposes and not for drinking. Access and interiors are step-free. The accommodation can host a maximum of eight people and provides guidelines for waste separation. The villa is just 300 meters from a restaurant, about 1.5 km from the village, and less than 8 km from the sea (Costa Merlata, Torre Guaceto, Villanova, Santa Sabina). Pets are not allowed.
