La villa è inserita in 2000 mq di giardino mediterraneo, con un incantevole vista sulla stupenda spiaggia di Solanas, distante 900 metri dalla villa, una delle più belle di Villasimius, il cui centro dista solo 10 minuti di macchina. Appena ristrutturata, la villa è arredata con gusto dalla proprietaria Valeria, termo-condizionata, con un ampia cucina all'aperto completamente attrezzata
La proprietà accoglierà personalmente gli ospiti con un drink di benvenuto, verranno spiegate le funzionalità della casa e tutto ciò che la zona è in grado di offrire al turista
La zona offre circa 20 km di spiagge una più bella dell'altra. Solanas, Capo Boi, Porto Sa Ruxi, Campus, Campulongu, Piscadeddus, Cala Caterina, Simius Playa, Notteri, Porto Ginco, solo per citare le prinicipali. Sono presenti tutti i servizi turistici _ bar, ristoranti, market, pizzerie, stabilimenti balneari, rent a car, noleggio barche, tour organizzati etc.
