I like to be always available for any request. My advice is always pleasing to the guests, they save time and always have all the useful information on how to visit the area.

Property information

Villa Verdemare is a recently built structure located about 150 meters from the beach of San Lorenzo-Marzamemi. The villa consists of five apartments, all air-conditioned, independent and autonomous, with their own outdoor space. Colors and furnishings are modern, making the structure very pleasant and welcoming. How to feel at home.

Neighbourhood information

Area of particular tourist interest, San Lorenzo is about 15 km from Noto, from the Vendicari reserve about 5 km, Marzamemi about 3 km. The beach of San Lorenzo Reitani is only 150 meters away, sea and sand with unique colors. The beach is provided both with two equipped structures and with a free beach, ideal for adults, families with children. In the periods of April, May, October and November it is full of tourists from abroad.
