Villa located on a hill in Suna with an amazing view from its large terrace and spacious garden of the lake and the Borromean Islands. Just ten minutes walk from the lake shore and only 3km from the historical city center makes it an ideal starting point for bike tours, days at the beach or treks on the surroundings mountains. Ideal for sport lovers or some relaxing days, it is an independent villa with its own private parking spot.
It is a two bedrooms independent villa with kitchen, small laundry room, one bathroom and a large and cozy living-dining room. Panoramic terrace, private garden and parking spot.
The main room features one queen size bed and and amazing view on the lake, the second room offers the possibility to have two single beds or one queen size bed. Sofa bed in the living room.
