The vacation home 'Villetta Pineta' is located in Santa Margherita di Pula and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include a fan, washing machine, and TV. A crib and high chair are also available (extra charge). The vacation home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, barbecue, playground, and outdoor shower. The property is 200 m from the well-equipped beach with the possibility of renting deckchairs and umbrellas as well as a variety of equipment for doing sports activities in the sea and from a theme park. In addition, several restaurants, bars, supermarkets, butcher shops and fishmongers await you within walking distance. There are 2 parking spaces available within the private courtyard.
