Neighbourhood information

Note: – Accessible by people with walking difficulties and wheelchairs (entrance through the kitchen on the ground floor): there is an elevator accessing all the floors, the bathrooms are not specifically equipped for wheelchair users. – There is no air conditioning but fans are available. – Swimming pool open approximately from the beginning of May to end September; contact us for the exact dates before booking. – All guests are advised to take care during hours of darkness when using the garden steps as they are not lit. – At the bottom of the property is the house-keepers cottage: they maintain the property and will be happy to answer you any questions you might have during your stay. – The housekeepers have a dog, please bear this in mind if you bring your own dog. – The villa is located upon a hill at 1 km from the town, it is possible to walk but the way back is uphill so a car is recommended. – Events UPON PRIOR REQUEST ONLY can be held at the villa for a maximum of 40 people (including the guests staying at the villa). The owner does not get involved in any of the organization so the guests need to arrange and provide for everything (nothing of the villa can be used for an event)
