The property is located in the hamlet of Riomaggiore, Volastra, in the heart of the Cinque Terre, one of the most beautiful natural Mediterranean areas of Liguria. Highlight of the structure is the large furnished terrace, from which it is possible to admire a wonderful view of the sea. The interior space is organized as follows: -> GROUND FLOOR - BEDROOM I with French double bed, single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and entrance to the apartment. -> LEVEL I - LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchair, TV, access to the balcony and second entrance to the apartment; - BEDROOM II with French double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with bath/shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC; - BALCONY. -> LEVEL II - KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, dining table, moka coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils and access to the terrace; - TERRACE furnished and not covered. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WiFi, independent heating, mobile cooling device (in bedroom II), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: there are two entrances to access the apartment, one on the ground floor and one on level I. The building has NO elevator. The apartment is developed on three levels, accessible via stairs. It is not possible to move the mobile cooler, located in the bedroom II. The stove in the living room is of furniture - It is NOT possible to use it.

The Cinque Terre Park, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, is one of the most beautiful natural Mediterranean areas of Liguria. The accommodation is located in Volastra, an ancient hilltop village and hamlet of Riomaggiore, and is the best starting point for the paths of the Cinque Terre. The area is also well connected by local public transport, the bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. There are several cultural attractions, such as: the Church of Our Lady of Health and the sanctuary of the village of Manarola. Volastra is renowned for the local production of white wine DOC Cinque Terre and oil, the village is covered with vineyards and olive groves. In just two minutes walk from the apartment it is possible to reach Cantina Cappellini, a winery where it is possible to have an aperitif tasting some local wines enjoying a wonderful view of the sea. - Rainbow (restaurant): 3 minutes on foot; - Cantina Cappellini (winery): 2 minutes on foot; - Minimarket La Bottega: 3 minutes on foot.
