Situated on the THIRD FLOOR of a historic building WITHOUT ELEVATOR, B&B Zurria Rooms offers a comfortable and welcoming stay in the heart of Catania. Our B&B features five rooms, each designed to provide a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and a private balcony. Additionally, each room has its own private bathroom, complete with a hairdryer and a bidet for your convenience. We offer a shared kitchen where guests can prepare their meals. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and a washing machine for your laundry needs. For entertainment purposes, we have smart TVs in each room with access to popular streaming services like Netflix and Disney+. So, you can unwind and enjoy your favorite shows or movies during your downtime. Your safety and security are our top priorities. Additionally, smoke detectors are installed in both the rooms and common areas to ensure a safe environment for all our guests. Within minutes, you can reach the iconic Piazza del Duomo, where the Cathedral of Sant'Agata stands. Nearby, you'll also discover the Palazzo degli Elefanti and the beautiful Fontana dell'Elefante. The apartment is located very close to the urban and extra-urban bus station Alcalà-Borsellino, from where you can take buses to the most important destinations in Sicily (Palermo, Syracuse, Ragusa...), to the airport (ALIBUS), and to Playa di Catania, a more than 3 km long coastline where you can relax just a stone's throw from the city. The train station is 1.5 km away and can be easily reached with a 20-minute walk.
